CMAR PI’s lead Stable Isotope Tracer Mass Spectrometry Special Interest Group

The British Mass Spectrometry Society (BMSS) has announced the launch of the SIG to bridge the gap between the application and analytics of stable isotope tracers. This initiative aims to provide researchers with the necessary knowledge and training to effectively utilise stable isotope tracers in their projects.

Led by CMAR PI’s Daniel Wilkinson, Ken Smith, and Matthew Brook from the University of Nottingham, the Stable Isotope Tracer Mass Spectrometry Special Interest Group (SIG) has been established to address the knowledge gap in this field.

The SIG plans to host a series of webinars featuring talks by senior researchers and early career scientists, covering various aspects of stable isotope tracer mass spectrometry. By offering valuable insights and collaboration opportunities, the SIG seeks to empower researchers and foster advancements in the field.

Anyone interested in joining the SIG or seeking more information can visit the official webpage at https://www.bmss.org.uk/special-interest-groups/stable-isotope-tracer-ms/.
